The Mt. Adams Fish House, located at 940 Pavilion Avenue in historic Mt. Adams, combines both seafood and sushi with a fine dining restaurant that offers a casual atmosphere. This fine seafood restaurant serves a variety of sushi grade fish as well as shellfish. All entrée are unique and prepared with great care. The Mt. Adams Fish House also offers a full sushi bar. You can choose from traditional sushi and sushi rolls, or you can try one of our delicious sushi house specials. Recently, the Mt. Adams Fish House was honored by Cincinnati Magazine as one of the "Eight wine menus to check out." Valet parking is available Wednesday through Saturday on the St. Gregory side of the restaurant. For reservations, please call (513) 421-3250. HOURS: Lunch is served Monday through Friday 11:30am-2:00pm. Dinner hours are Monday through Thursday, 5:00pm-10:00pm, Friday & Saturday, 5:00pm-11:00pm, and Sunday 5:00pm-9:00pm. Our signature items include - the Fish House Chowder (assorted seafood sautéed in a roasted garlic Chardonnay cream sauce and served with toasted bread), Sesame Bluefin Tuna (Sushi grade Tuna encrusted with sesame seeds; lightly pan seared and drizzled with a sweet gourmet sauce), Bluefin Tuna (a center cut sushi grade tuna, grilled and served with a sweet wild mushroom and lobster sauce), and the Planked Salmon (Canadian Salmon cooked on a 11/2" cedar Chinook Plank served with rosemary new potatoes and asparagus. Finished with a Pinot Noir cream). For non-seafood lovers, we offer a Roasted Rack of Lamb (Served with sun-dried apricots and cherries. Finished with reduced Lamb jus, whipped potatoes and asparagus).. ABOUT MT. ADAMS Once a forest over looking the city of Cincinnati, then a vineyard owned by Nicholas Longworth. After that, a neighborhood of Irish & German immigrants; later a enclave of artisans associated with the Rookwood Pottery and the Cincinnati Art Academy. Currently, Mt. Adams is an urban neighborhood with an "Old World" village feeling and focus. |
